Pronoun Trouble (Or Homeschooling With a Toddler)

She sneezes, but I'm not paying attention this time. No matter. A blessing is a blessing, regardless of who it comes from.

"Bless you, my." she says softly, brushing past me.

My, me, you. It's all the same to my watery green-eyed girl with a head cold.

(She looks like she's in a cage, but those are the gates in our apartment- enabling us to get things done without having to slam the door in her face!)

this stage is so funny. I always thought they resembled Yoda a bit. As much as you need to correct the speech, you can't help but giggle at the construction. :) So are you going to be adding Eliana to the Isms?

It looks like you have a very large playpen for Eliana! Sweet picture.

We have similar gates for our exuberant puppy! Exploration, questions, new tastes...The stuff of fledgings!! We wouldn't have it any other way :-)

Darling girl. :)

She is so adorable, in every way!! I wish we had gates like these in our house... they would make life much easier.

love the gates! we need more in our house as well, but it just doesn't work with super-wide doorways. "bless you me" is a phrase we hear a lot from our sarah jane (along with "'scuse you me" for other unmentionable actions) we have colds/pneumonia for the little one again- praying for healthy babies here and where you are!

Beautiful little angel! I love the stage where they say things "off" by a little. I hate to correct them for those days pass far too quickly and I want to treasure those cute idiosyncrasies!
