Oh, how we are enjoying these waning days of summer- with Daddy home at last!
Corban laid out this entire plane, and then Daddy helped him nail and screw it together. See that grin?
So what did he do after just one test flight? Why, he let his little sister steer the plane, of course, just as a nice brother should! He tried to convince her they were crashing, so as to end the flight, but she would have none of it!
Are you out and about in the fresh air? It's amazing what working in the yard while watching your children imagine and dream can do for your outlook. Oh, and don't forget to keep the camera handy!

oh Elise! I am loving your summer posts!! :)
and pining for much warmer days here; it seems autumn has come too early, and I am not getting many opportunities to take lovely sunny outdoor pictures...
Glad you're having such lovely days! Enjoy 'daddy' being home, it's really very wonderful to watch a father playing with his boys (and girls)
Mrs Wibbz :D
It is good when children create. I love the delight on his face.
What a fun idea for him to build that plane! I get too caught up in the kids needing toys to play with outside, yet how creative are they with other stuff!! My son has been happily entertaining himself with a rope tied to a bucket that he raises and lowers, fills with rocks & dumps out, from atop his playset. He doesn't play with the climbing wall or slide, just this rope and bucket and rocks!
It looks like you have such a nice yard there at your new home - how wonderful!
Just stopping by to say, Hi! Thinking of you and your little one...I see your ticker says 77 days to go. God bless....
