Second Christmas, Part II

This is me with my four brothers and three sisters. (We had to take about seven before the boys would behave and stop making bunny ears on the girls.)

These are the three eldest's children. We had to take about twenty of these to get (almost) everyone looking in the same general direction.
(What's so funny, Cor?)

This is our entire family. Don't even ask how many it took to get this one- and the only two not looking are the wee babes- how did that happen?

I love to imagine how this picture will look when more spouses join the picture and even more grandchildren begin to arrive!

All together in one place. We thank the Father for this wonderful delight!

The next time my family will able to do this is in heaven (thank you Jesus!). I'm always so happy when families all gather despite all the "obstacles" (work, babies, toddlers, weather, money, illness, etc.) and just DO IT. Yeah for you!!!

What a special thing to be able to all be together! That is so hard to accomplish, and I am so thankful on your behalf that you all were able to be together!

Awesome!

How neat...We recently had a family reunion too, and it was amazing to see how it had grown and changed. I didn't realize you were one of eight! You'll have to tell us some day all that you've learned from that. What a unique experience. (I was one of three.) I love all the kids on the sofa...it'll blow your mind in three years time when they'll all look so very different...

Gorgeous!

Love to you.

I take the above post to mean you are home again. So, I wanted you to know that I will be linking to you soon. FYI. =)

These are so nice!! Looks like everyone is doing great. There is nothing like family and having a close extended family. So nice for your children as well as for you.

It's fun to read people's comments on your "large" family...To me it's just the Kirchers! I'm amazed, though I should not be about how everyone has grown and changed. When I left for college they just froze in my mind. Bethany was still just a sweet toddler, Madeline a little baby, Caleb the goofy kindergardner, and look at them now! How fun! I love your family. I always have and always will...thanks for the memories!
(oh, and how sad that the backdrop has changed! The Kirchers just belonged on Tioga Street!)

AH! Your whole family! How cute - I have never seen them all. And I am amazed at everyone looking but G-man and I assume Samuel? Wow.

beautiful. and very impressive that everyone was looking the correct direction (and seemed content) so glad you were all able to be together in one place, i know how difficult that is to accomplish.

Aw, SO fun to see your whole family! And I must say, I love your little ballerina... just look at her!!

So good to see a bit of what you've been up to - I must admit I've nearly fallen off the blogging circuit, but hope to get back on sometime soon. Love!
