"Sometimes, I wish Gideon was a rabbit. That way, instead of him crying, I could just tell by his ears if he was sad."
~Corban, as he held a crying Gideon while Mama finished making dinner.

Oh my ~ what can a Nana say??? I wish they were all little birds so they could fly here any time they wanted!!! And we could hold them, play with them, love them and.....
Oh, my little men, you will see many things in your life, and will cry much less than you ought, but also be strong much more than you think. And you, through these tests, will glorify your Father in Heaven . . .
I see Corban's tender heart behind that small smile. I think he'd really like Gideon to stop crying! Sweet picture of your men. What a great help Corban is!
Oh my yes...that Corban! This momma of little girls is so thankful to know that there is still this kind of man-in-the-making being raised up by Christ followers.
I will have to show this to my 10 yr old son as he was holding a crying baby yesterday while I made dinner. His words were: "Mom, why did God make it so babies cry so much and so loud?" LOL Holly
How precious... I echo Grafted Branch's sentiments. I pray that God allows my girls the blessing of marrying such tender men. Grace's quote of the day was "It's so hard to cuddle a baby when a momma is nursing him" said as I was feeding her brother and she just wanted to be close...
One of my boys gets red ears when he is tired, if he's only 1/2 tired one gets red -- he is almost 17 and still it happens. A tender big brother is such a blessing...especially to a busy mama.
I love the way his mind works! What a gorgeous photo too. Isn't brotherly love special. I've just discovered your blog and it's so beautiful. Nice to meet you.
What handsome little men you "make" Elise! Oh how I wish I had a Corban to hold my Sawyer while I finish making dinner. Instead I'm harming my back wearing him in a front pack. I sure wish insurance covered ALL of chiropractic care;).

Oh, my goodness, precious!! That's one you will treasure forever. I can see the tenderness in Corban's eyes. What a wonderful big brother!
I always wished for an on/off button! The rabbit thing would be cute until you changed your thousandth diaper of the day. lol
