Giving Little Man a cup full of raisins simply means that every time he bends over to pick up a toy, said raisins will spill all over the floor and he will walk right through them and not even care that they're sticking to his feet, thus tracking them through the carpet and into the kitchen.
Please remember this instead of refilling the cup every time he brings it to you empty, batting his preposterously long eyelashes and signing "More!"
