Cold wind casting leaves to the ground. Slippers and sweaters keeping us warm. Sluggish minds not ready to tackle Math. Ten minute break from schoolwork. Hot cinnamon raisin bread. Freshly whipped butter. Two sticky kisses of thanks. Re-energized minds and bodies.
That's my kind of morning.

Yummm! I made berry pancakes this morning and received 3 syrupy kisses and hugs. Something about the cold weather makes carbohydrates and fat taste much better.
